Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payments *A fixed deposit of $1,099 USD is required to confirm any LocalMate package (Standard or VIP). *The remaining balance is due before or at the start of the service. *Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, or international bank transfer in USD or MXN (equivalent rate). *Once the deposit is received, your LocalMate and itinerary will be confirmed. 2. Cancellations & Refunds *Full refund available if cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the start of the service. *50% refund if cancelled between 24 – 72 hours prior. *No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. *Rescheduling is possible depending on LocalMate availability. 3. Important Notes *The $1,099 USD deposit is not an extra charge; it is part of the total price of your selected package. *If you upgrade from Standard to VIP, the deposit remains valid and the balance is simply adjusted. *LocalMate does not charge hidden fees — transportation, assistance, and taxes are included in the quoted price.
